Returns + Refunds

Nothing sucks more than buying an item and realizing that it just doesn't go with the outfit you had in mind, or just isn't what you imagined (ugh!).

No worries, we have you covered for 14 days after delivery.

If for any reason you don't want all or part of your order anymore, you can return it for a refund.

As we ship the items to you for free, You are responsible for incurring all the ground shipping costs associated with the items you would like to return (SORRY). We also charge a 10% restocking fee on some items.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date to be accepted for processing. When we receive the return shipment the value of the merchandise will be refunded to your original method of payment.

To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:

1. All items must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Items must be in their original packaging.

3. Items must not be used, worn or altered.

Gift cards and items bought on Sale are NON-RETURNABLE.

Please contact us if you bought an item on Sale and it was not received or was received damaged.

Refunds are issued for:

1. Any item received broken/damaged.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of TopiaBay.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of TopiaBay.com
