When will my order arrive?

Our products are made by artisans and manufacturers worldwide. As such, our shipping speed is a little slower than normal. You may view our shipping estimates here.

Do you ship to my country?

Probably! You may view exactly which countries we ship to, by using the drop down menu during checkout. 

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Can I change or edit my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. As such, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. You can return it to us for a refund. You may review the terms here.

Some pieces are missing from my order.

If pieces are missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will get this resolved for you ASAP. You may contact us here.

Do you customize your products?
